I have been buying my cars from this dealership for last 6 years.

Despite having a local Mercedes Dealership walking distance from my home, I buy my Mercedes cars from Cheltenham & Gloucester, which is 100 miles away from my home.

The reason is the help and care I receive from them is out brilliant.

in 2016, I needed a GLS and was let down by my local dealership I called Mercedes of Cheltenham & Gloucester who are part of the same group and they instantly responded and found me the car I wanted, took payment over the phone and delivered the car to me.

This year in 2022, I needed a C300 which my local dealership let me down again and once again I had the de ja vu experience of excellent customer service by the professional sales team of Cheltenham & Gloucester.

I would like to specially mention Gareth Brooks who was exceptionally professional and helpful in making my choice and took care of all the matters until I drove off my new car.

The Sales Manager Paul is also a great person to deal with.

I have found this sales team maintains a high standard of service, no matter who you deal with, you will experience the same level of service.

I strongly recommend everyone looking to purchase a Mercedes to buy from this dealership, no matter where they live in the UK because I want you feel the same experience as I did.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. My initial visit followed looking at a car at a different dealership where the salesman had no interest in selling a car and couldn’t answer questions. We called in to Mercedes Benz 20minutes before they closed on bank holiday Monday. The young gentleman who greeted us went above and beyond to help us and didn’t make us feel rushed. Due to this we booked a follow up appointment to take a car for a test drive.
Our appointment was with Jess and we took a car for a test drive. I had no intention of buying a car on the day but I did. Everyone was friendly, helpful and so very welcoming. Sam made the finance affordable and explained everything.
From the minute you walk in you are made to feel so very welcome. This is something I have never experienced when buying a car.
It has been a wonderful experience and I really cannot thank everyone enough.

The car was well prepared and Bradley from the sales team was extremely helpful. Bradley gets 5 stars, but the first time I drove it in the dark I noticed that the drivers door handle did not illuminate and the rear nearside passenger door mood light did not work. I guess that was easy to miss, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Now I hope I don't get hassle getting those problems resolved.

I’ve recently bought my first Mercedes Benz and was very nervous to make the commitment. But Ryan and David were extremely patient with me and took the time to find my perfect car! Charlotte, one of the star experts, sent me a great video of all the controls before I collected and made its very easy for me. The handover was amazing, every little detail was well thought out! Will DEFINITELY be going back to this branch in the future….. every single staff member is so friendly and kind. 10/10 brilliant!

We had the most amazing experience with MB C&G when recently purchasing our new car. The staff were highly professional, welcoming and very friendly, in particular Patrick, who helped us from start to finish in securing the new car. On the day of collection, we were made to feel very special customers and were extremely well looked after. The car looked amazing and is a fantastic drive. Excellent service from the sales team last week. I went in to have a look at a used vehicle on the off chance. They managed to find me the car I wanted in the colour I wanted, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, lovely team and lovely showroom. I’m not local but I will travel the 40 min drive to have my car serviced there. Excellent service, highly recommended. 5 star, would definitely recommend.
