Waterhouse Chelmsford - Mercedes-Benz

After 15 years using a main dealer in Leigh on Sea and getting below average service from them I decided to try an authorised MD service agent who participates in the MB Service scheme. Not wanting to use another dealership of the same group at Leigh, Waterhouse was the closest to me so I entrusted my car to be serviced by them. What a difference, helpful, courteous staff,work completed on time and a comfortable courtesy car. Since then I have had them perform 2 services and 2 different repairs and kick myself for not using them before. When I think how much I spent in Leigh and suffering lack lustre management responses to my complaints over the years I could weep.

As always the service was outstanding!, friendly staff!, also get to speak with the technician that has worked on your car! oh, and a lovely cup of coffee! also, not always as expensive as you might think, recommended.

I am not disliking 'Waterhouse Chelmsford'; I would like to make a statement.

Please, please, please; To the 'Staff' that; hand over the vehicles to people; picking-up their mobility car-plan vehicles.

Stop being so, ('Volvo') safe! Smile a little! What a place!; It was like going to your ex-wifes; Wedding to her new fella! (Honestly!)

Does it hurt to smile a little, why so-serious?
I know you (Staff) are handing over mobility vehicles; but the whole experience; could be delivered with a little warmth.

Flawless customer service great overall experience.
Had a service booked with these guys on Friday, chose them because they are Mercedes approved and priced more reasonable than Mercedes themselves. Was initially told the car would need to be with them for the day but in reality was ready to pick up by 2:00 pm. Had borrowed a courtesy car from them, here the process was fast and smooth. The agent I dealt with was extremely polite and very professional. Special thanks for the additional cleaning service. Will definitely come back.

I took my E Class in for its first service as the price here was much cheaper than my local Mercedes dealer, and I wasn't dissapointed. Excellent customer service, lovely staff and the car was serviced in a couple of hours. Servicing costs are a lot cheaper here and you still get excellent quality service, they even washed my car! Im going to avoid a main dealer in the future and come to Waterhouse Chelmsford instead!

"Couldn't care less" Customer Service. Uncontactable by phone (it is either engaged or just rings out after 4 mins.) -- I tried 20 times over two days. The best their WebChat can advise is to "try at a different time".

Car broke down on M25. Traveled to them in limp mode. Even if I had to wait for a space free, they diagnosed my car with professionalism. Based on my experience I totally recommend them.

Dreadful place to take your car.
Brought my car in with no existing mechanical fault with the engine but left with one big expensive one (£599).They updated the cars software which created a fault as my nox sensor was no longer readable by the new software. They cleared the error code and called me to come pick up my car, just for the check engine light to come up down the road. When i called them back on the same day they totally refused to take responsibility even though part of the recall was to change the nox sensors if needed.
Totally useless.
