It’s been a difficult time for any one trying to buy a new car which makes it all the more incredible that MB Ashford made it so easy.

I was invited to. Special event day expecting to be wasting my time but I was pleasantly surprised that only did they have a new C Class available but they could deliver within just 3 weeks.

Car Sale:

* Car salesman (Adam Reeves) was professional and helpful, answered all my emails in a timely manner and ensured everything was ready when I arrived.  He knew I had a long drive home and everything was ready to go.

Car Condition:

I initially left a review about a couple of things wrong on the used car that I bought. However, the Team at Mercedes of Ashford have gone over and above to resolve every issue I had and everything is now resolved to my full satisfaction. Mistakes can happen and I am really pleased that the Dealership listened, and acted at pace to understand and resolve my query. The communication throughout my query, and the speed at which it has been resolved have both been excellent. Thanks to John for his service.
