The sales team at Sandown Mercedes could not do anymore to help with the purchase of my new car. Denis the salesman went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and the aftersales service has been excellent. Thank you.

Having had a Smart car for quite a while unfortunately it recently died. The repairs were going to cost more than I initially paid for the car. I love my Smart so much I went on the hunt for a new one and found the perfect one at Sandown Mercedes Epsom, Surrey. I made contact with them and spoke to Sophie Orchard who has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Having spoke with her on the Thursday of one week I went up the following Wednesday all the way from Dorset to pick up my new car. Upon my collection day my car was waiting all prepped and ready in its own handover bay and again Sophie was there to complete the handover. Sophie went through all the functions of my new car. This meant that I was all ready to drive it back to Dorset. I cannot recommend Sophie Orchard at Sandown Mercedes Epsom enough for her excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you very much from a very happy customer.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vin and his team at the sales and service department were so professional and quick at fixing the boot mechanism on my E class coupe. Providing regular updates and video footage throughout the process. Definitely recommend Mercedes Benz, Epsom for anyone.

I couldn't recommend Mercedes of Epsom highly enough, and in particular Sarah M who was brilliant to deal with! I spoke with Sarah the day before I arrived to buy a car; and from the telephone calls to the in-person service, she was superb; she knew her cars, had answers to all of my questions, was open and honest and I never felt as though I was dealing with a 'salesperson'. Sarah ensured that the car was prepared to the highest of standards and her aftercare has been efficient and helpful. I will most definitely return when I upgrade!

Recently got a car yesterday and love it! Sarah was amazing from start to finish. Making it such an ease to purchase a car. Would definitely recommend Mercedes of Epsom
Purchased a lovely C200 from them. The price of the car was competitive with other dealers and were given reasonable part exchange value on mine.
Sarah M in sales was very helpful from the initial enquiry right through to the handover today. Her response to any questions via email or telephone prior to collecting the car were answered immediately. Well done Mercedes Epsom, she is an asset to your company and definitely worth the 150 mile round trip.

AVOID AT ANY COST!

Bought this car in 2019.

I have service plan with these lot, took car for service and 1 problem came back out with 5 problems.
Original problem was noise coming out engine and engine running rough and no pick up. They came back saying problem is with " Tensioner " I gave green light. They changed me £1100+ got paperwork proof.

After service and repair problem was same. Then they came back with problem that its to do with turbo air pipe. Paid another 200+ as its a trust we have in main dealership.

10mins later after repair... pipe comes off on dual carraigeway.

After that I've taken my car back 6x ( proofs available of all the loan cars They gave me) again They couldn't repair.

Now coming to a local Family garage for service as I have No faith in main dealership and as car was low on Power and could hear air everytime I rev.. Look at the image.
This is only beginning im getting everything checked lets see what others things they haven't changed.

My last service was in april 2021 at 57k now car has done 64k ( i'm a pco) but again looking at the filter it deffo hasnt been looked or changed in years!

IF I COULD GIVE RATING IN -0 HONESTLY.. I WOULD.
