As you would expect with a ‘Main Dealer’ the cars are not cheap runabouts. Lots of quality stock. Bought a 2nd hand (68 plate) C class. Absolutely superb. The service from Sean (sales rep) was excellent too. Not pushy at all, friendly and professional. Overall a really positive buying experience. My first ever car from a ‘main dealer ‘ but it was all excellent. Would recommend. Thank you.

This dealership always delivers the highest of standards, from customer service, to the work on the car and everything in between.
Special mention must be made for Diane, whom always, always, works hard for me and I am sure all of her other customers. Diane has those special qualities of friendliness, professionalism and integrity, which is what keeps bringing me back to Mercedes Blackpool, even though I live in Liverpool.
Of course, the entire team are excellent.

Car had to go in for a recall to update airbags. Made an appointment but then I had to change the date and that was handled with no problem at all. When we took the car in, all the reception staff were very friendly. I have to mention Dianne in the service department. I had spoken to Dianne on the telephone and then she booked us in on arrival. A down to earth lovely lady, she would brighten up any day but also importantly very professional.
Work done and car cleaned inside and out.
I recently moved to the north west from the south where I stopped using my local Mercedes dealerships, not a Marshall, as the service was so poor. Well done Blackpool

Outstanding! I had a significant accident on the M6 north travelling from Birmingham, leaving my Mercedes undriveable and was recovered to Marshall Mercedes at 09-30.
I then spent hours trying to sort out with my insurance a courtesy car with no joy . Jane on reception was delightful maintaining regular drinks and arranging sandwiches . Daniel and James were friendly and helpful as were others in the team ,until at 5 - o clock seeing my exasperation with my insurance company they arranged a car on their insurance so i could continue my onward journey to Scotland on business. What a great team who i can not praise enough for their friendly , welcoming understanding with my plight.

I've just purchased my first Mercedes from Marshall. I was looked after by Steve Dalton, who was also selling his first Mercedes having only just joined Marshall from another dealership. You would not have known he was new to the job, his product knowledge and customer service was excellent. He was personable, friendly and professional throughout. He kept me well informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Steve and all the team at Marshall made me feel like a VIP throughout the whole transaction. Have had amazing service from Mercedes Benz Blackpool and Sham. After contacting loads of branches they were the only place who actually pulled through on the offer I made. They made the process easy and smooth, despite being short staffed and even went the extra mile to make sure I left happy.

AMAZING! - to give more detail on this, Steve went above and beyond to accomodate me in purchasing a car from Mercedes of Blackpool despite me being in Essex! His knowledge, expertise, professionalism and kindness was exceptional. Despite being hundreds of miles away, he had the car delivered too me and any questions I had, he was there straight away to ensure I was getting top notch service.
