Well I picked up my X-Class today and could not be more delighted, shout out to Ian Burdett who got the truck delivered and ready in under 2 weeks of going to visit him. Having wasted a lot of time with Ford and their Rangers you do pay for what you get with Merc!

The Aldershot branch are excellent for HGV MOT's and sorting parts, however DON'T touch the Worthing one for MOT or Service work with the longest barge pole you can find, they have an attitude to customers and their vehicles that is second to ZERO. This stems from their site manager who seems to be the source of this contempt and incompetence there.

Professional and very prompt service for all Mercedes vans

Never open till 1 on a Saturday. Turn up to buy and all gone home early. Just change ur advertised times of you don't stay till 1 and stop waisting people's time.

This place is a disgrace to the Mercedes brand , Nick Thomas the site manager has a terrible attitude and it clearly filters down to the reception staff , the man brings shame upon the Mercedes brand and would be better suited to a backstreet garage.

Outstanding service received by Nick in the service department after an initial issue with my van. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. A real credit to the dealership. Thank you!
