We recently bought a car from Mercedes’ Stafford and had the good fortune to have Oliver Kostuch help us out, show us around the cars and answer any questions. We really wanted to write this review because we wanted to share what an absolute pleasure it was to have Oliver’s assistance, he was so knowledgeable, professional and very genuine, and dealt with everything for us so efficiently. A real credit to the Mercedes sales team - thank you Oliver, we are very happy customers.

I called them last week to report a problem with my 22 plate car and they got me booked in for today. From arrival at the dealership they were consistently polite, welcoming and helpful - even the man on the Parts Desk when I wrongly went to him first! As soon as I walked in I was offered a drink and shown where the desks are so I could get on with some work and I quite happily say there whilst the work was carried out and my car washed and vacuumed. Sadly they were unable to complete the work as the part isn't available (even in Germany!) so this is definitely not their fault and they'll let me know as soon as the part has been manufactured.
I've only had my car since June and I didn't buy it from Stafford Mercedes so haven't used them in the past but I will not hesitate to do so again in the future.

After recent purchase of a vehicle at this dealership I encountered a number of unfortunate issues. On each occasion this dealership excelled at customer service. Problems resolved quickly, courtesy vehicle provided, even doorstep delivery of my vehicle. On one occasion after being let down by Mercedes assist a vehicle was driven to me whilst on holiday and mine taken for repair. This is what you expect of a Mercedes dealership yet so often don’t get. In particular I would like to mention Drew the sales manager (delivered the vehicle to me whilst I was away!) and who took over and successfully and politely managed the issues I had. The absolute personification of customer care . Also Steve the service manager who’s explanations, patience and advice was outstanding. Great team thank you!

Steve who I believe is the workshop Manager is professional, courteous and friendly. He gave a full explanation of what was needed and what work would be carried out on my car. A knowledgable man in his field and a real credit to the dealership!!

I recently purchased my A class from Mercedes in Stafford. I was slightly apprehensive about going to a new dealership as my local one had closed. Oliver Kostuch made the whole online process so smooth. I was updated at every step of the journey and the car was delivered as promised, in an excellent condition. Oliver was so helpful throughout, his knowledge was amazing and his communication was fantastic. I can’t thank him enough for my beautiful car. Can I just say, your Service Manager, Mr Steve Tester, performed an exceptional service. He immediately realised the importance of my vehicle being off the road. Subsequently ordered 2 x Nox sensors needed by priority order and fitted them as soon as was humanly possible. This speed and efficiency has kept my vehicle on the road which is a vital and essential element to my business.

Great experience buying a car from this garage, staff were really friendly and our sales guy Oliver Kostuch took care of literally everything with no hassle at all.
