After touring London for a week, my traveling companion and I both agreed that this was our absolute favorite place we dined.

Not only is the service personable, the atmosphere chic-trendy, and the seating elevated (if you choose for to dine on the platform), but the food simply must be tasted to be believed.

We both selected a savory pie (mine vegetable, hers chicken) and agreed they ranked #1 on our "foods eaten in London" chart. Small but mighty, they left us feeling perfectly satisfied and fueled with energy for our next stop. Buttery, flaky crust with a treasure trove of steamy vegetables and fork-tender meat within; pouring a bit of leek gravy on top added proverbial icing on the cake.

Each pie came served with a bed of juicy-crisp peas, so warm that the square of butter on top quickly dissolved. Chips arrived lightly browned with just the right balance of crispiness and creaminess to round them out; they were so hot that we had to eat them last!

Last but not least, no trip to the Wardrobe Bar & Kitchen can be complete with trying their desserts. Fortunately, they're just the right serving size to cater to your sweet tooth without the leaving you with a sugar headache. We enjoyed splitting one in a few bites between us: a round, fudgy chocolate brownie, gooey-hot in the middle, with thick, clotted cream icecream melting into the center, cooling each bite. Dusted with powdered sugar, the dessert looked as visually pleasing as it tasted.

When we return to London, Wardrobe Bar & Kitchen will be at the top of our must-eat places. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely place. It’s beautiful inside but we actually opted for the outside area (it’s not obvious there is one as you have to go around the corner, and it is such a nice, quiet spot) which was just perfect on a warm day. Bottomless brunch was fab with an absolutely spot on Bloody Mary (added bonus: we would have been able to choose separate drink options which not every bottomless brunch place does, AND since we only ended up having two each - not for lack of refills but because they were strong - we were offered an additional different drink). Eggs Florentine actually come traditionally, on an English muffin, which is a nice touch too. Great service, great food, I’d definitely come back.

Natural ambience goes well with warm hospitality and fine food at the Wardrobe Bar & Kitchen. From pumpkin pie to chicken escalope, the taste and the freshness of the food was remarkable. Highly recommended if you are around.

I run an outdoor adventure company, StreetHunt Games, and we regularly use Wardrobe Bar & Kitchen for our social events. The owner, Dan, is a fantastic host and all the team socials that have been always highly rate the experience very highly. We had groups ranging from under 10 right up to 50 and the service has been great for all size groups.

I've also eaten at the venue as a customer myself and the food and service was fantastic. The courtyard is so pretty and the indoors also has a great atmosphere when the weather doesn't work outside.

It's a really special venue and unusual in this part of London to have such a great outdoor space.

Stumbled across this place while wandering. Lovely atmospheric courtyard dining area. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Beautifully cooked and tasty. Lovely service from Dan and the staff... very friendly. Great wine!

We had a wonderful experience. This restaurant takes reservations but we went as a walk-in. We were immediately greeted and seated. They have a great happy hour menu before 6pm during the week.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was great and the food was delicious. We had the fish & chips and the Fried chicken burger. Both were very flavorful. Their homemade ice cream is a must have. We had the dark chocolate. It was a nice restaurant to stumble upon.

It was my first time having a full english breakfast and I’m so glad it was here. The components were all so good. I loved how everything was contained in a yorkshire pudding. Keep in mind this was pretty big. Not one of us in a group of 5 finished everything but one person came close. Would definitely order this and another dish to share next time.

Great spot to visit after we spent several hours touring St. Paul’s. Service was spot on and food was perfect after climbing all those stairs. Had the lamb with a savory mint sauce. Yum!
