Odeon Cinema in Basingstoke has been my go to cinema since I was a kid. They always have great customer service and there never seems to be any issues. They have made a massive upgrade to the waiting areas to make it feel more welcoming and fun for the kids to wait before the film starts to bring back some cinema magic.
Unfortunately I feel a little betrayed due to them getting rid of the premier member cards as I've been a member for years as they are only concentrating on limitless and I lost a lot of points I accumulated but all in all a great place to watch a movie.

Great place to watch a movie and plenty of free parking available. I don't rate this 5 stars because I find the sound system could do with one or two extra subwoofers.
It's not bad by any stretch, just not as engaging as I find the Vue cinemas at Festival Place to be in comparison.
Whenever I wish to watch a movie, it ultimately wins for ease of access and the free parking.

Odeon cinemas in Basingstoke was a kind of okayish experience for me. It is tough to access the place in public transport and very difficult to catch a bus in the night to return to the railway station. The audio system was bad and many seats were closed for use. As a movie lover, I felt the movie projection was bad in this theatre. Also it has very less options for snacks and it was not tasting good as well. They need to improve a lot to improve the theatrical experience for the customers.

Very friendly and well-informed staff, easy access for those with limited mobility. We love film and love the big screen experience. We need film-lovers to return to the cinemas or they may be lost and it just isn't the same at home!

Easy to book online and get to seats, but premium seats are not worth the extra as they're hard and unforgiving on a 3 hour film. I think they need to clean the lense on the 'projector' as the mottling on the screen was a bit distracting. Otherwise a great date night watching Avatar 2

A wonderful place to watch movie with family, the space is clean though the screens are small but its worth it, as the seating too is less, the sound system is good with good surround sound effect ,the seating is kept clean and has good back support , the staff is very polite and will guide you properly, overall will rank very good as it is a very good place for movie outings 😊👍

Bit quiet these days. But really friendly team and the sound level in screen 1 was perfect. Watched avatar in 3D.. superb. We must lose our cinemas
