Cineworld Leicester Square

Just seen Top Gun Maverick 4DX and it was fantastic. Loved the moving seats and effects..it really added to the experience, felt like I had had a core work out! The cinema is super clean, extensive range of food and drink on offer but be careful what you take through to the 4DX! There is an advert right at the start where the actor asks you to get your phone out and record...I thought it was a joke but wish I had done it as you get to record all the effects that go off in the room during the film, including just how much your seat moves! Anyway, I wouldn't bother with paying extra for 4DX for some films but with action films it is amazing.

Screen 7 for normal 2D film, bad choice that would ruin weekend night - very small cinema, very lousy sound system (my bose headset could probably do better) maybe the sound base is not working? , very not user friendly as you need to take stairs of 2 floors up and down and washroom is only located at ground floor. Very poor experience overall, will not visit again unless gonna watch imax or super screen.

Went to see Matrix on IMAX at Leicester Square but oddly it was a disappointment in sound department, the IMAX sound wasn't loud enough as it should be but it was a decent experience, the foyer was neat and tidy.

Went to see Top Gun Maverick in the superscreen it was amazing and the ice cream tubs where to die for yum yum

Access is alright, they could certainly do better, especially considering when they renovated the main entrance in 2013 they didn't make it accessible and only some parts of a few screens can be accessed by wheelchair users.

But as with most Cineworld venues, the staff make it great. The team here are knowledgeable, funny and friendly.

Great place...large screens. Enjoyed watching black Adam here. Better book in advance and get a great seat because the seats Infront are way too close to the screen

From the moment we walked in at Cineworld In Leicester Square a gentleman Conan checked our tickets and then helped serve us snacks and beverages at the counter. He was very kind and professional carrying a smile. It was our first visit and we didn’t like the seats we initially reserved in the super screen balcony. He was upstairs assisting customer and was super kind enough to change our seats when requested and came back to the super screen and gave us our updated seat tickets. Great service and 10 stars to Conan. A Valuable employee to the company. Look to see him again in the near future.

Went to see Avatar in the 4DX screen. We've never been to this screen to see a movie. OMG, what an experience! It was like sitting on a roller coaster ride for 3 hours. We had water, wind, scent, and the seats that move in every direction! Plus, the bonus of 3D, there were times that we thought we were in Pandora. It was a fantastic experience and worthwhile, although the price was very expensive. But for a treat, it was a great experience.
