Vue Cinema Camberley

Awesome cinema. Highly recommend.
Well worth paying a little extra for VIP seats. Very comfy

Comfy, clean cinema with staff willing to go beyond to help make your cinema visit a good one. I mentioned to the lady serving me that I'd just tried to book online to get the cheaper ticket price but it hadn't worked. She gave me the online price at the till which she didn't need to do. I appreciated it very much.

The screens are nice and big, the sound is brilliant and the facilities were clean and tidy.

Food really expensive. Vip seats have shrunk a lot but place tidy. Film we watched was black Adam which was really good but I found me and my wife the noise was quite loud. All in all a pleasant evening

Typical Vue so screens and seats are good but everything I've bn other customers have been using phones during the film, totally spoils it.

Really nice cinema. Easy to get to bring next to the car park. Nice and clean, comfy seats, plenty of screens. As always in cinemas the food and drink is a little pricey but no problems with it. Clean facilities too.

Very unhelpful staff and very poor facilities for disabled access, lift can only be accessed from the second floor and not from the ground. Disabled toilets were locked and had to ask for a radar key to get in.very poor website and very unhelpful customer service staff, very difficult to book tickets online, had to go to the venue to book tickets as customer services said they can't take bookings over the phone. Was my girlfriend and I first visit to Vue and was very disappointed with cinema experience, I for one will not be returning to Vue, very overpriced for tickets and food. Odeon is much better value for money with free parking as well. Also staff at Vue are very unhelpful and you wait for ages to get served, complete waste of time and money.

Have visited recently. It was a Monday night and although I had bought tickets. We could have walked in without paying. No checks and screen 1 had about 40 people in the theater. Perhaps their increased in seat price is discouraging customers in the current financial squeeze.
