Was VERY impressed with the cinema and the staff.
When we arrived, a lady helped us to buy the tickets and even gave my girls a sticker and some free popcorn for being 1st time visitors to the cinema.
The screen was very clean, we walked in on the man cleaning before we saw the film and he was even wiping down the seats! And the seats... Wow. They were so spacious as well as being able to recline and having enough space to easily move past other seats which were reclined when we had to visit the toilets during the film.
When we left the screen, staff checked in with us to see how we'd enjoyed the film, specifically checking in with the girls.
We will definitely be going back there again!

Last night went to get my popcorn no queue, but the 2 young ladies said I needed to put in an automated order because it would quicker - really how does that work!! People were queuing up to order on machines and they were idly standing doing nothing. I went to the other queue and i was served with my drinks and but asked to go to the previous queue to get my popcorn!! the look on my face made him decide that it was best he walked a few steps to finish my order!! Thankfully the cinema itself is a lovely place.

Always a pleasure. Its our first choice for a family movie. Comfortable seating (the table is a huge bonus with kids!), clean, tidy and best of all smells clean (important when youngest has sensory difficulties specifically with smells!). Air con!!! The bar area is great, and a full costa is a brilliant addition.

An appropriate number and categorisation of trailers. The kids films in particular are a bonus as there isn't a whole lot of waiting before the feature.

It's a very good cinema. Not all the screens are massive but every chair is a wonderful recliner. It means even at the front you can still watch the film without killing your neck. It doesn't get 5 stars as, for some strange reason, it has a bar serving alcoholic drinks instead of a Ben and Jerry's ice cream bar (they only have the small tubs on offer) I have never once seen anyone order an alcoholic beverage at the cinema but ice cream is a staple.
If they can incorporate an ice cream bar then five stars all around.

Comfortable seats, friendly staff but I think £19.50 is a bit steep for the cinema. Their monthly deal sounds good at £14.95 a month for unlimited films but only if you can go regularly. Overall though a good experience.

It was great to be in a cinema again as it feels like it's been a while. We booked reclining+ seats and it was worth it. The seats electrically recline but you also get a little table for your food. The sound and graphics were good. Me and my son had a great time and will be back.

Considering it had a refit only a couple of years ago, it's starting to look a little tired. The seats are worn and the recliner buttons do not work so well anymore. They could so with pitching the angle of the seats a little more too as if you get someone who is tall sat n front of you, even with the masses of leg room, you still have your view impaired.

A great cinema with luxury seating that recline. High quality food and drinks with a Costa attached to the building, if the food is too pricey there is a bnm across the road, the only reason this is a 4* instead of 5* is the fact of prices. Don't get me wrong it is worth the money however it gets expensive quick. Best thing to do is have one member of the family have a limitless (especially if they are autistic due to carers gett in for free). A great experience overall and well worth a trip.
