Used JLF for our house move last year. It was a difficult job as the large truck did not have access to the house because of a narrow drive. The team were fantastic and used smaller trucks to unload the big one in batches. What was expected to be a possible two day job, they finished by late afternoon even though the weather was terrible.

So a big thank you to all of the team and I would recommend them to anyone.

Cannot fault service from start to finish. I felt I was a very anxious customer but staff both on phone and in person put my anxieties about moving at ease. In fact the removal into storage was completely stress free. Staff introduced themselves on the day and shared the agreed plan for the day keeping me informed along the way. I would very much recommend this company. Please thank all of your staff.

JLF helped me move house last week & I can do nothing but praise them. From the very start from getting a person quote, to not having a confirmed moving date until the last minute, to the actual moving day. The staff are very professional & punctual..... the moving blokes were very friendly & helpful!! Thank you very much all.... you made my move stress free & it’s much appreciated!!

Very unprofessional firm and not equipped to do the job. All they had to do was move a piano from one room to another. They tried lifting it with furniture straps, dropped it several times and damaged it. Although they offered to pay for a repair to the piano they then refused to pay me unless I signed to say it was a Full and Final Settlement. This is despite the fact it has not been possible to repair properly and is permanently damaged. The silent system built within the piano is also now impossible to use. They refused to pay to rectify that. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket and they refuse to repay me what I have spent to try and put right damage caused through their incompetence.

We used JLF for our removal on 18/11, they turned up on the time that they said and started work immediately, the two men that came Jamie and Matt were excellent we couldn’t wish for anyone better. They moved everything and didn’t want any help at all. I would recommend this firm 100%. I can’t thank you enough.

Called this company on 10th November to book a move for Monday 5th December, they were free and told me a slot had been booked. I had to email them with details of the move and they would send a quote to confirm. Emailed them twice with no response. Been on holiday and got back to find nothing is booked in and quote not provided!!! Very poor.
As an owner of a local estate agents I will not be recommending to my customers!

Shocking driving. Would never use as I know my belongings wouldn’t be safe in the company’s vans. Jumping lanes, undertaking, tailgating and last ditch swerving. I can see I’m not the first to write a review like this as well so one day an employee will end up killing someone on the road. It was that bad.

JLF were appointed by insurance company to take my mum's furniture into storage whilst her house was repaired following a flood. Of all the many companies involved, JLF were the only ones who didn't let us down in any way! The girls in the office were friendly efficient and helpful, and the guys doing the removals/returns were fantastic - friendly, helpful, courteous and more than a little bit cheeky, which really helped put mum at ease! Great care was taken of her furniture and it was all returned in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
