Frazer's team managed our relocation from Exeter to London in October 2022.

We chose Busy Chaps over two other companies on the basis of my first impression of Frazer, who showed great attention to detail when we met several months prior to the move. His experience meant that he thought of things that I hadn't considered. He also puts customer service first, coming up with ideas that made our life easier. His communication was also excellent throughout the process.

Our move was not totally straightforward. We required some furniture to be dismantled for sale, other furniture to be reassembled at the new house and the remainder to be put into storage. They handled it brilliantly. With a 1yr old baby, I was a bit worried things would be chaotic, but these guys were a godsend.

The team of Liam, two Phils and Tom were incredible. Genuinely very nice people, working with a smile on their faces and always happy to accept a request as long as it is reasonable. Move day was arduous work for them, but they never made us feel any pressure. I can only put this down to the fact that Frazer has put together an excellent team of loyal, hard-working and nice people. It makes all the difference on one of the most stressful days that you'll experience in your life.

I cannot identify a single fault and would use Busy Chaps again in a heartbeat.

Busy Chaps is not the right description, these people are freakish, in a good way. On one of the hottest days of the summer they moved my stuff from two locations up-and-down several flights of stairs and didn't stop for four hours, except for a couple of water breaks. I don't think they even had lunch.

Above all of that, nothing was too much for them and when it looked like we would be over-schedule another van turned up out of nowhere with two more Busy Chaps to speed things up.

A pleasure to deal with a company that gets the job done with a minimum of fuss and are totally genuine in looking after their customers.

Would recommend them in a shot, just leave them to it and don't try to keep up with them.

Cannot begin to say how amazing Frazer and his team were. Packing, loading and delivering were done over 3 days and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them.
We arrived to find our new home was filthy so they set about with brushes and hoovers to save my sanity!
Throughout the process they smiled and accommodated our every wish and even had warm hugs at the end of a long and difficult day.

We are absolutely overjoyed with the service we received from Busy Chaps. We were hugely messaged about by our Solicitors and therefore had to cancel a few dates with Frazer, however he was helpful, accommodating and patient until the end! They went above and beyond to get us into our new house before Christmas and we couldn't be more grateful. We have used Busy Chaps on several occasions to move house, and we cannot recommend them enough. Frazer and his team are friendly, efficient and hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble. We have quite a few sentimental and fragile items, all of which have been handled sensitively, and as a result have never been damaged. If we could we would give Busy Chaps 10 stars.
