Good size store with friendly service.
One of the few places remaining on the high Street to get your physical media, DVDs, Blu-ray & 4K discs, vinyl, including record players and large selection of collectibles.

Variety dvd, cds, bluerays, tech and action figures.

Had no problems with their DVDs or CDs in the past, but everytime I buy an electrical product (like headphones) they don't work properly. Doesn't matter if it's wired or wireless, it's the same issue. Their online service is rubbish as well. Orders usually take over a week to arrive. HMV as a whole is only good if your buying DVDs or CDs in the shop, whhich let's be honest isn't really the thing to do in 2022, proof once more that we don't really need this company nowadays. Shop around online for better quality and results.

A good sized store with a great selection of media. Store is all on one level and is easily accessible. Store was clean and felt like a nice place to visit.

If they don't have what you want, you can order it. Great customer service.
