Have used this shop for the past 5 years. The staff are excellent, they have a great range of secondhand guitars, as well as new, and their repair service is first-class. I've visited loads of music shops over the years, and this is amongst the very best for service, expertise and genuine friendliness.

I very rarely rate anything 5 stars, this place was that good. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m from America so a lot of the brands I haven’t heard of before. They helped compare it and set me up with a guitar I’m very happy with it. I would recommend to anyone and everyone

We run music schools in the Ipswich area and im so impressed with these guys that we send all of our students there for their instruments and accessories. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. The lads in store are always upbeat and willing to provide the best service. Forever friendly to our young students offering quality musical items at great prices.

Upstairs they have a lounge vibe going where you can try out the extensive range of acoustics in a comfortable quiet setting without any interuptions.

I found they stock a good range of most items so if you're a musician and need anything... THESE ARE THE ONES!

I have used this shop for many years. I have purchased three guitars, a banjo and a bugle from them, plus various accessories. They have carried out repairs for me and sold my unwanted instruments. Advice is always honest, and everything is explained in detail. Nice friendly staff making it a pleasure to visit the shop.
