Purchased a brand new electric guitar, it arrived promptly and well packaged.

My only "issue" if you can even call it that, was that I didn't receive a receipt or order confirmation, due to a technical error. However after calling I was reassured that they had received my order, and exactly when it was due to arrive.

I was so impressed by the way the staff engaged with me (stricken in years but still alive), my son (head chorister in the day and wicked busker) and my daughter with her three kids. The middle one wanted some easy piano Christmas carols and the sales assistant spent so much time with them! Very impressed.
