Just Nails

What a HUGE disappointment! I was recommended to go to just nails by a friend and I have to say I am hugely dissatisfied, I am now 2 weeks in to a new set and I need 3 nails replacing! I appreciate they grow out and infills are needed but to loose 3 nails after 8days of having them is a huge disappointment! I paid £40 to have ombré and I feel it was a waste of money!
The other thing which was really poor service, Was I was limited to time and they told me it was not a problem, I booked for 11:50 and I was not seen till 12:10! 20 mins later!! I am sorry but that is not good enough! I highly disappointed and don’t know if I will be back!! The fact I have written a Facebook review 5 days ago and had no response just shows there happy to take me money but not give the care at the appointment or after care!
I will be telling me friends and family to stay clear!!

Lovely staff. Friendly even when busy. My acrylic nails lasted a month which is longer than nails from any other nail salon I'v been to in years .. I've tried a fair few. I'm super happy with my nails.

Julia does my pedicure and dis a lovely job. Ryan usually does my hands but he was off. New guy did them and I was very happy.

Twice I’ve booked an appointment. First time I had to wait 20 mins, I was on my lunch break so not useful.
Today, I went for a midday appt and arrived 10 mins early at midday when someone else was seated and I enquired I was told it was a 2 hour wait for an appointment as they were busy!
Needless to say I left and took my business elsewhere after work!
Don’t see the point of them accepting booking if they cannot keep to the time or if they are running behind by 2 hours don’t bother to be courteous and let you know!
Won’t bother using the salon again. Twice is enough for me to not want to give it a third go!

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review which I hate to do. I had a manicure and a pedicure 1 week ago and for starters they didn't actually ask if I wanted gel they just used gel for both my hands and feet, I didn't realise until i was slapped with the high price tag and secondly after 1 week all my gel is coming off anyway.
Very disappointed with the poor quality. Unfortunately I live 2 hours away so it's not like I can pop back in to get them re done.

I went to this salon to get my nails done a particular and detailed way. Anna was a great help and took great care of my nails- they look amazing. They were so worth the money and she did such a good job. Thank you Anna :)

For my sister in law's wedding last year (March 2020) Just Nails provided me with the most beautiful set of short ombre nails which lasted me for weeks... As someone who rarely has their nails done I was overwhelmed by the quality and the price. Not only that but the staff were amazing, warm and welcoming. Thank you
