First time lucky, I've tried nearly all the nail places in Chelmsford since moving to try and find the best one, so far this is the winner, really friendly staff very helpful, did a great job with my infills and gel colour... I shall be back 😀

Update been back twice more after my first time and had the best service and nicest nails. Definitely the best one in Chelmsford and other customers are always happy and chatty.

I love this place and have been back loads of times. They always do a fantastic job on my nails. Sophia and Kevin are particularly good :) Only thing I’d say is there’s no point making an appointment, so expect to wait a bit on weekends when it gets busy.

This was my first time in a nail salon. I got a manicure and polish, and I chose non gel. I loved the colour but they were very rough with my nails. Paint layers are messy and not reaching the ends of my nails, not even reaching the sides. I've had 2 nails snap since I got it, and I only got it done on Friday, she was VERY rough when filing, like she was sawing, it almost hurt. I have really strong nails and never suffer nail breakages before, I have really.long nails that I usually keep really well. Next time I'll go somewhere where they'll be more gentle I think. Really devastated, it was my first ever manicure and I was so excited :(

This nail bar has gone down hill. My latest set are awful. When we complained the ‘manager’ was rude and dismissive and refused to make an appointment for me to have them redone. He is money grabbing and while I was in there charged a young lady £3 to have a nail repaired that she had done less than a week ago. The prices have gone up but quality and service have gone down. Give it a miss there are be loads of other nail bars in Chelmsford.

Do not use this place...!

I've had my nails done for 30 years, longer than most of the staff have been alive. I've had gel nails for years, always gone to salons, then found this place. Much cheaper, I should I have known better! They use an electric nail drill to remove gel varnish and in doing so have taken off the top layer of my natural nails. Normally you'd soak gel polish off and remove with an orange stick or similar - they'd never heard of this method, which is the professional method. They occasionally use acetone to soak the gel a little before again using the nail drill. Using the nail drill, it's too easy to take too much off the surface of the nail, which has happened with mine, the nail bed itself is incredibly sensitive on some nails. I tried to explain this but was shot down with 'have you done training' which I thought was a funny given that they clearly haven't done as much as they should. Anyway, I went there because it's cheaper than a salon, but ultimately, if you want to keep your nails, pay the extra and go to a salon. Otherwise, say goodbye to your nails, including if you have acrylics, that's even more dangerous and you could lose your nails altogether. Don't go here, pay the extra and go to either a salon or a reputable nail bar. I now have to wait a couple of years before mine grow out. Good luck!

I have been going here for a year. This place has really gone down hill in the last 3 months. The price has gone up and the acrylic is bumpy and not filed down correctly. They are not very polite staff anymore and they don’t really treat you or your nails with respect. I won’t be a customer anymore and recommend nail addict in Chelmsford!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had for a pedicure
The guys just rushed to do the pedicure I told him I was diabetic and he totally disregarded this, he stuck metal instruments on side of toes which was extremely painful, he then proceeded to

use a blade on bottom of my feet and removed so much skin that was so painful that took about 2 weeks to recover.
I called to report this and the guy totally dismissed what I said and was not helpful at all.
