I always go to Lilly’s but today I was so disappointed with the service of the girl who did my nails . My nails are 2 different shapes on both hands and. Colour is peeling already . My nails feel week and acrylic was super thin on my nails . She rushed them and when my friend asked me a question instead of saying excuse me she shouted colour colour ! I said give me a minute to decide . Soon after that she was applying the colour and didn’t cover the nails properly. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . On top of all this when we walked out she slammed the door shut Not going back !

Amazing nails! Such clean and fresh pink and white powder tips! Really good value and so many options. Lovely staff who know their stuff when it comes to nails. So happy with my new nails

Amazing service from michelle and Michael. Absolutely love my nails. I asked for nudes and michelle just knew what i wanted. Love the new team. I went in on Saturday and they make you feel so welcome. Congratulations also to them for their marriage x

I’ve been going to Lilly nails for nearly 1.5 years since I first went for my wedding nails. I have always had a great experience here and have loved my nails. The team are always welcoming and offer some drinks when they are less busy. I have always been very happy with the outcome and will continue to come here for many years to come! I can’t wait to get my Christmas nails!!

Honestly i am so so disappointed with the service i got…i got acrylic nails from here and my nails were left burning for days ! i called them up and asked for them to remove the acrylic nails and issue me a refund as i did not pay £38 for nails to leave me in agony (especially as i was there for over 3 hours as they weren’t able to do the french tip) but they did not want to listen and hung up the phone saying they don’t do refunds and to stop calling. I don’t ever write bad reviews but i feel as though their approach with handling this situation was completely unreasonable and the customer service is general is astonishing. I will definitely not be returning and i am so disappointed with this place.

I've been going to Lily Nails for 5 years and today was the last time for me. I've tried giving them a "last chance" several times putting it down to a bad day. But the service keeps declining. Ever since the boss and his wife left the salon and a new young girl is managing the place, my experiences there have been appalling (my nailes were barely filed or 3 seconds to remove skin, the price is always different each time despite getting the same thing, don't listen to what you ask, pretend to not understand when convenient. Today I witnessed her loose 3 customers in under an hour (4 including myself). Wish the owners would come back, as it used to be such a lovely place to go.
