Fingers 2 Toes

My favourite nail salon. Haven’t been in a while because I’m at uni, but waiting to get them done when I’m home. Affordable and beautifully done

At first i thought i was getting a really lovely pedicure and manicure, with gel nails on both. I was waiting for 20 minutes (despite having an appointment booked). once taken to my pedicure chair, i was left with my feet in the water for another 15 minutes until a man came and did my pedicure. he said a maximum of 4 words to me throughout the entire time, using his hands as gestures, instead of politely asking me to move my feet. thankfully, the pedicure was very good (despite receiving a cut on one of my toes), the gels have lasted well so far. on the other hand, i was taken for my manicure and it was AWFUL. same guy, said all of two words for me. he didn't prepare my nails, cuticles or hands. i paid around £60 in total. i was expecting my gels on my hand to last a good amount of time, as they have when i have received them from other salons. they started chipping off THE SAME DAY. it is now 4 days later, and i have had to go to another salon to get them taken off, as they were so ruined it was embarrassing to be seen with them. the other salon has told me my natural nails were almost past the point of saving, they are so weak and brittle.
NEVER again. do not go here.

They did a fantastic job. The wait time was a little long but it was the middle of a Saturday so I knew it would be busy.
Maybe adding a slight ramp to get in for wheelchair users would be beneficial.
Staff were lovely and polite.

Awful customer service and the nails break within days, they aren’t polite or considerate about those who have to come into get the nails fixed the day before an event. I’ve tried lots of times with this salon and they can never seem to get it right. New management needed.

Will never come again. The master worked chaotically, dirty. They don't know how to calculate time between the customers, I had to wait. Ar the end, I was offered to apply the cream on my hands myself. Not professional.

First time I’d ever had acrylics done so was nervous to get them done. Fingers 2 toes was recommended by a friend of mine and I can safely say I will not be going back. Zero customer service, the gentleman doing mine was very quiet and when he did speak he was rude, everyone else was very blunt and not particularly helpful. The shape of my nails is awful, the painting of the details was rushed and messy. NOT worth the £48 I paid. The one positive thing I could say was that I was seen very quickly even without an appointment. Thoroughly disappointed 😔😒😡 wouldn’t recommend to anyone else

Had to wait over half hour even though I'd booked an appointment my toes were painted like a child had done it. Then my infils the lady doing it was so rude she pushed my cuticle back with her own nail and I flinched as it hurt she did it again the nails were wonky never had a problem here until now

Very helpful and go above and beyond. Friendly staff that will remove mask when talking to me as I lip read. Love my nails es8 when they to do 2 ruby fingers an art design which is amazing.
