The worst customer service you can ever find!!!!! This is coming from a loyal customer for 6 years and the ONLY reason why I go is because the distance is convenient. The husband and wife who run the place are very unprofessional and unwelcoming acting like they do it for free. They fool you into doing something more expensive and then say you asked for it!! It happened to my mum today and they made her look like a liar. I will never ever go there again, I will rather travel hours for a better service. I’m surprised they still have customers. Worst nail salon ever. Please don’t go if you’re expecing a good service.

As I walked in, everyone was very welcoming, ensuring me feel comfortable. The salon had very friendly staffs who did an amazing professional job, better than any places . The price is reasonable and definitely worth it, I've never been so satisfied!! Thank so much for my fabulous nails!!!

THE WORST SERVICE! Do not ever step a foot there. I went with my sister a day prior and asked for normal acrylics, they told me 25£. Next day i book an appointment for NORMAL ACRYLICS and the woman tells me 25£ before we start my nails. After she finished, the owner comes up and asks me for 35£ saying that he used the gel polish without even asking me. THE WORST F- SERVICE! They take your money and the nails aren’t even properly done. Liars. If you appreciate your money don’t go there.

Friendly, clean, professional and great at what they do.

Had gel nails painted today on my fingernails and disappointed overall. Cost me £22 and the shape is hideous. I had to keep telling him to correct it and in the end I just gave up. No cuticle oil used and not wiped. I was just left there with the UV light and then told from afar “all done”. Just not a nice experience or service and my nails definitely don’t look £22 worth.

The worst manicure with gel polish I have ever received. Staff don’t clean their tools and apply polish extremely inaccurately. Skin around finger nails was all dirty, smudged in polish. Left with disappointment and -£27.
