Nail Envi

On my first time here my nails (full set of acrylics) were done really well and i loved them but this time round not so much. Felt sharp pain multiple times with electric nail file and now have two cuts from this. Not even been 24hrs and some nails are already becoming loose. Mostly friendly staff

Shocked at today, usually go for pedicure and get great treatment. But today 4 days before our holiday I thought I would treat myself to full set of acrylic (as not allowed pretty nails for work) and got gels on my toenails which may I add could of done them better myself. The lady I had was quite rude, wasn't helpful didn't care in the slightest felt like she didn't want to be there or even working on nails. The quality of the job I had done both hands and feet is awful not happy with them in the slightest and doubt they will redo them free of charge or get my money back - £60 for nothing basically that I will now have to go somewhere else to have them fixed.

Relatively decent experience - got my nails removed today, they took I to account that one of my fingertips were hurting from a nail coming loose and being disturbed in my day to day life the past few days, were gentle with that finger especially, they also acknowledged when I found the acetone too hot so they adjusted to suit me. I will say however that I was caught with the nail file a few times on my cuticle causing it to sting when put back in the acetone. The sharp pain was bad but putting it in the acetone was worse. Overall a decent experience. Quick.

I have never had a bad experience here. I always get my nails done by Tony he is brilliant!! Listens to what I would like and does an excellent job! Has never once messed up or cut me which can be quite common in nail bars. Definitely one of the best there

I have been using Nail Envi for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. I recommend then to everyone. My daughter gets a discount at another salon but she would rather pay a few pounds more as their attention to detail is so much better. Once you have been to Nail Envi you won't want to go anywhere else either.

Had my first ever professional gel nails done here and the lady did a great job! She was gentle and made sure I liked the lengths and colours before continuing! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

First time to the nail bar today since March. Had a lovely relaxing pedicure with massaging chair. Nails now look beautiful. The nail technician was very thorough & careful. Can highly recommend!

Went here to get a manicure and pedicure (gel only) although the colours were very pretty, I had multiple people doing my nails and were very rough, cutting my little finger with the electric file. Cash only apparently so I said I would go to the cash point to get more money out (after handing over all the money I had) but one of the nail techs shouted at me to leave my phone and bag behind whilst I went and got the money. Just really unprofessional and embarrassing to say the least. Also you could tell they were making fun of customers, not a nice experience.
