100% happy and satisfied with my experience at Flawless Nails, the customer service was great. I was offered a beverage, they made me feel relaxed and in itself felt like a therapy session. A very lovely environment!

I've been there twice already and would say it is my favourite nail salon! Definitely recommend, I got full set acrylic done by Serena. She's amazing!

Amazing salon, always go to Flawless for my Nails, Pedicure & Waxing. They now offer Aesthetics & Eyelash extensions & my friends have amazing reviews on both. I highly recommend flawless. The prices are now reasonable and similar to other nail shops. But this place take time and make sure you're happy with your nails x

I went to this salon after seeing the reviews online and can I just say I've never been so upset by an experience. This was my first in-salon nail experience and I had very high hopes. Initially I messaged the salon to find out the cost of my set, no one told me that the cost was only in cash. Then when I walked into the salon, the price for the set I asked for went higher. The younger nail tech was very disrespectful, I came in at 3pm for my nails and she started on my nails at 6.30. It felt very rushed there was no prep for the nails, they grew out in one week. the lady who did my nails kept correcting me and reassuring everyone she knows what she's doing in a rude tone. overall bad experience wouldn't recommend

Gel nails were done unevenly and the colour pilled off 3 days later.

My favourite salon, I love coming here!!! I'm a regular customer that comes in for waxing and nail services, and they never fail to impress me with their friendly customer service and how quick and easy they make things! It's really great I can reliably book appointments here and know I'm out in time to carry on with the rest of my day's errands.

2 days after pedicure and full set of acrylic ( the real quality of nails appear in few days when all oils goes off and cuticles start lifting..)

I could see that lady doing my nails definitely had skills and experience to do it better, yet was rushing like crazy and didn't seem being happy to do what she is doing in general. The results are adequate;)
The salon looks tidy, staff is kind including all the ambience and this can be a little misleading for a new customer. But in the end of the day I will walk away and live for the next 4 weeks with good looking hands ( or not), but not the aura of customer service. If honestly, I don't care how the nail technician or salon looks like, or how polite everyone is. I care only about the quality of work.

I am the type of customer that would spend extra hour in the salon and spend additional 10-20£ pounds if knew all will be done nicely.
