They think they can do good manicure in 25 minutes. My nails look as bad as after washing the dishes. Cuticle is not removed properly, the nail shape is not made, edges are left rough. The worst 10 £ and 25 minutes I have spent in my life. I looked at the tables next to me and none of the staff seemed to do any good job.

The place has very strong chemical smell. It is also cash only place.

Used to go here all the time but the staff have got ruder and sloppier. The whole place is dirty and disgusting. I normally get gel nails and my last visit I put my hand under the UV light, when I pulled it out one of the nails had been damaged because there was a long dark hair, yet the woman told me I needed to be more careful.
Then today I visited and I got ombré nails, they were not as expected at all. Some were darker than others. Poorly put on by unqualified and rude staff. Never again.

Usually the nails are okay, but last week I got a full set and the tips snapped off within a week because they were done way too thin. So I went back and explained and they took the remaining acrylic off and redid them. I was not expecting this to be free even though they were rectifying their mistake - I was hoping to pay the infill price and the nails should have still been intact at this point, but they charged me and extra £15 to have the old nails taken off! I explained that was ridiculous as it was their fault they were not still intact but they didn’t care as they have 0 customer service skills. Will not be returning.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while. The last time I went to this Nail bar was many months ago, but it was most certainly an experience I never wish to repeat.
The staff are rude and unwelcoming. I understand it is essentially a quick and moderately cheap salon, but I do not expect to be treated in the abysmal manner I was, no matter how much I am paying.

Upon entering, I was told to sit.
The “head” nail technicians son (about 6 years old I would imagine) was sat on the floor in the middle of the salon, he then approached me and snatched one of his toys from underneath my chair, and proceeded to say “you’re fat” I replied “excuse me” and shot a glance at his mother who payed no attention. He then went on to repeat “you’re fat” while smirking to my face in front of numerous other customers. I was so horribly embarrassed and mortified, I didn’t know how to react and just sat there while his mother continued to allow him to abuse a paying customer (she heard him, as she beckoned him over multiple times in a different language) he eventually stopped after multiple loud outburst of rudeness and laughter from the little boy.

I should have walked out then and there but I had an important event that night and didn’t have time to wait to get my nails done (badly) elsewhere and was, frankly, too embarrassed to make a fuss. No apology from the mother, nor any other staff.

The nails were lumpy and bubbly, no mind was taken to cut the cuticles or to even file the nails evenly, and I just wished to get out of that salon and recover from the whole ordeal as soon as possible. And to top it off, the nails peeled off (the whole nail... not even in bits, the entire nail of paint came off in one bit) a week and a half later.

Go elsewhere until the staff (and their children, for that matter) have better skill sets and better manners. And the shop itself is dirty and in dire need of refurbishment.

Very disappointed, had a full set of acrylics and they are awful, 1 week later 5 have lifted of, terrible service and rather rude. Never will be going back

They always do a good job, might sometimes be hard to explain what you want but they get there with patience

Came in and i was served very quickly and politely. My nails were done efficiently and i was asked multiple times if i liked the shape, colour and length. I’m so happy with the service that was provided.

So you might not get a warm welcome when you arrive, but you'll leave with great looking nails! I went with two of my bridesmaids, they fit us in at a moment's notice because there was confusion when I went in to book an appointment (their booking system is only as good as their memories). We left with wonderful gels that have lasted until they grew out, and for a great price. I will be returning.
