Had new set of acrylics with Alex and absolutely love them

When arriving it was very prompt to sit down and get started I was in having acrylic infills done, to start with I never go to foot kandi but I thought I would give it a try because my usual place were fully booked so anyway my nail tech was not chatty in the slightest which made me feel awkward, I was happy leaving the shop with my nails they were just how I wanted them until 2 days later they lifted from the cuticle end of the nail causing pain so when I rang and explained they got me in for a repair charged me £20 even though 2 days prior I had paid £25 for the infills, and now not even a week later they have lifted again at the cuticle end they either need to stop using cheap acrylic or up their game there would steer clear worst place ive ever been too for quality. So many nail salons in ipswich steer CLEAR

Was my first time at this nail bar as my previous place cancelled last minute.
From the moment I walked in I had bad vibes. The lady that I spoke to first was abrupt and rude. I entered slightly before they opened (literally 9.25am), however I would’ve waited outside if she had politely said they weren’t quite ready for me. Instead I got an abrupt “sit down then”, after she asked who I’d booked in with
Next; I was asked what nails I wanted and If I had a picture. Now, considering I’d never been here before I wanted to see swatches of the colours they had available as, they may have been different to the ones at my usual salon. The lady rolled her eyes at me and says “well what do you want.” So I made a panicked decision.
I later (before any varnish is applied) show her a picture of the nails I wanted and she brings over blue varnish, I had thought the nails of the picture I showed were white. When I say “can I have white” she then makes a sarcastic comment “first you didn’t know, then you wanted Grey, then blue and now white. Which is it”. Now, I may have changed my mind but her patronising and rude tone didn’t help me think straight, I’m a socially anxious person anyway, and going to a different place was a HUGE step for me and this experience has pushed me back.
My nails haven’t even lasted a week, the varnish is patchy, and the tips have been glued on wonky. Oh and the acrylic is lumpy. Now if this lady had been more polite I probably would’ve asked for her to correct them.

I genuinely wanted to cry in the chair.

Avoid this place at all costs. Rude. Unhelpful. And just rubbish.

The staff are always so lovely in here and very accomodating even when you are a fussy client who's not 100% sure what she wants! The shop is always clean and tidy and I am always in love with my nails when I leave. Thankyou ladies!

Came here because my usual place was fully booked, BIG mistake! The lady who done my nails was friendly enough (although they don’t have any colours on show, so you have to count on them picking a few for you to choose from!) but the atmosphere was frosty as soon as I got in there. But it’s the quality of finish that’s the real problem. She hasn’t taken the gel all the way to the end of the nail and there’s a couple of nails that have bits stuck under the gel. So disappointed, waste of £25.

Had my nails done by Irin and Alex and loved both sets of acrylics!

Service was lovely and prompt. Had gels soaked off and redone. However after around a week my nails are already chipped and the gel is pealing off. They looked so nice at first but for how much it cost to only last a week I wouldn't come here again :(
