So happy to have found a fantastic nail salon nearby, I've been to so many other nail salons in stafford and Newcastle. My acrylics are perfect! Thankyou, true professionals who know their art and perform it to perfection, I shall be a regular customer

I have been a customer of Elegant nails for many years, both their Stafford and Stone salon. I use mainly Stone now as this is convenient for work and I use their appointment book putting in apps at least two at a time for the following 6 weeks.
On 15/11/19 I made 2 forward appointments for 6/12/19 and 20/12/19 to have my nails done for Christmas and new year and giving salon plenty of notice. I make appointments for a reason as I work to tight timelines and I take an extended lunch break for this but only have a finite amount of time. Attended 6/12 had nails done, not a problem. However turned up early on 20/12 for my diaried appt to a queue. I appreciate its a busy time of year and that is why I had made this long standing appt as I too was also busy. On arrival said I had come for my arranged appt. I waited, and waited but had no choice but to leave after 40 mins when it became obvious I would have at least another hour on top to wait until seen. My break at best was 1 hour 30 minutes
Elegant nails please note.. not everyone has all the time in the world, and that is why they make appointments but these clearly are a waste of time. I am happy to support the salon and have done but on the one day it was important to me you let the side down. Some people do work and if you want them to spend their hard earned money with you then they cannot be taken for granted they will always be there. You need to tighten up on this appointment system as I have no confidence any more in this. Happy to discuss with you, but if I have to reconsider your reliability then that too is an option
