Sixfields Reservoir

Great walking area you can walk all the way around the lake for exercise... dog walking. plus fields surrounding and nature walks ..bit muddy after a lot of rain but otherwise fantastic area.

Had a lovely walk, clean and open to take fresh air.

Lovely little hidden gem of a walk to enjoy with family either with the dog or just out for fresh air.

Visit often as live locally but the trials are in bad condition and are often overgrown by mid summer. Lack of bins leads to bad litter problem too. Signage in the actual nature reserve has been vandalised so can be hard to navigate. On the plus side - free parking and lots of interesting birds!

I love this place ... it's great for, walking, meeting, dogs.. etc .. I just wish people would respect it a lot more... take your litter home with you.. it's not fair on the natural wild life, animals and have a little self respect. You know who you are.. so have a word with your self.

Peaceful lake to stroll around nice to cycle around too

Car parking available, beautiful walk for the family and the dog, wheelchair accessible along one side of the lake via the footpath, bring your own refreshments but please take your litter home

Wish the entry way was kept clean, so much fly tipping. I think they should get some lighting and CCTV fitted asap.

The actual site is great with a lovely lake reservoir with swans and great walks.
