Think about "Forest bathing". It's a Japanese concept where parts of the forest are marked out to allow people to lie on logs looking up to the sky listening to the sounds of nature. Make it available and people will feel it ok to take time to rest and recover without walking the woods.

The new forest is a great place to visit, you can walk for miles , see all the wild animals roaming free , take the children and dogs, lots to do and see xxx
