In here on Saturday night visiting from Scotland and witness nothing short of the two most rude and disrespectful people ever. One was a female staff member and the other was the MANAGER!!!! The manager has zero respect for the customers especially if your female. He was intimidating a young woman who they let in telling her she is barred coz she left a bad review over two years ago!!!! Maybe if your staff (this does not include the doormen) were a bit more pleasant your wouldn't get bad reviews. I have looked back at all your reviews and staff (you and your side kick) being rude seems to be a running theme so maybe as a manager you need to get some manners and stop intimidating female members of the public and manage your staff instead!! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and if that's how the manager treats female members of the public who are paying to come in then im afraid I won't be back and will encourage others to do the same

Staff inside bartenders are nice. Security is awful and just disgusting people who don’t know their job. I said "hes done nothing wrong allow him" when they were dragging a homeless man off concrete ground that doesnt belong to them. After, they said “you shouldnt have got involved, youre not coming back in". I said "can i speak to your manager" and they just pushed me away. I had my stuff in the Cloak room and i said "fine but im getting my stuff first”. They threatened me saying "youll regret what youre doing if you step inside”, when my jacket and wallet were in the cloak room. Disgusting behaviour and as a person who worked as a bouncer in Central london. I can honestly say these people really dont know the difference between bullying and safeguarding. A bouncer is meant to keep order in the club and ensuring that the customers are safe only removing those who are causing issues physically and verbally or are far too drunk, high or caught with snuck in contraband. Not to try and provoke them and intimidate.Was a blonde guy and 2 asian bouncers. Dont bother going there. Just make a journey into london and have a proper night out.

They charged me an entrance fee and then refused to let me in without any explanation or refund. When I asked for a refund their doormen got abusive and physical. Avoid all costs.

Holly & Jamie are amazing, go above and beyond to help. Will definitely be returning

We went to party in this club at first it was all fine
Later security was rude to my friends and took one of my friends out because they said he was too drunk
He could not defend himself because he was older and could not speak English he is one of my friends uncle shame on you he left all his stuff inside and they did not want to let him in to get it back. Very rude and disrespectful
Then they did not want my fiancé in because he was just defending his brother
He was also not drunk that much he was just dancing with two ladies at once and they found it not acceptable
Why?
Then they did not want to let any of us in even tho we paid money for entry and had stamp on our hands.
They said they are not letting anyone in but then one or two minutes after they let other people in
They told us they will call police on us but we did not do anything. Shame on everyone and we are definitely not coming back soon
