My partner and I have decided to make 'the leap' and switch to Electric for our main vehicle....a decision not taken lightly I have to say, but a very important one that we are pleased to have made.
Buying a new or nearly new car always fills me with dread, speaking to a myriad of car sales people, usually miles away from where we live in the South West. Following several disappointing conversations with different dealerships, we found KAP Folkstone for Nissan and spoke to Alex Hoyland - Sales Executive. Immediately, I felt confident that I was talking to someone who had a genuine interest in ensuring the strongest customer care. Having identified a car, he was very supportive and helpful in taking close-up photos and a video walk-around and ensured this information was with me very quickly for my partner and I to view. From there the decision was straight forward to make the purchase of the car and a week later our beautiful one year old Nissan Leaf was safely delivered to our home on a low loader from 200 miles away. Throughout this period, Alex has kept us fully briefed on the progress of the car being ready throughout and his professional and calm manner really helpful. The car arrived completely on time and fully as described. My partner and I are so grateful to Alex, his manager Gareth and the team at KAP Nissan in making this transaction as helpful as it possibly could have been, despite being 200 miles away.
