Highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Nissan to go here to Nissan watford. I was dealt with by Mustwafa who was amazing from start to finish, him and his manager made me feel like a valued customer, were not pushy at all and just let me know my options. Mustwafa was always available at the time he said he would be (no waiting around to be seen at my appointment time) and even when I turned up early saw straight to me. He kept me up to date constantly with the progress of my order and managed to get me a car much earlier than I expected. I ordered and received my car within 10 days, which is amazing given the current climate with new cars. Everything was so smooth and stress free and I’m so glad I chose them to order my new car with. The after care is also great and they are always happy to help even after the sale going above and beyond. Thankyou very much!

We made an appointment with one of their sales person at 1pm last weekend to test drive a qashqai. When we got there the sales person wasn't even acknowledging us and that he was late. Eventually he did. We waited and then eventually had to ask his colleague what's going on as he was no where to be seen. His colleague said that he running late and we waiting another half hour! His colleague also asked are you buying a car today? What has this got to do with keeping an appointment on time? They will only talk to you if you want to buy! Disgusting shameful people! They don't care for customer service only about their bonus! We left....

After placing an order for the new Nissan Juke I was disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication. My delivery date was being brought forward and put back, I decided not to wait and opted for the new Qashqai E Power. Very pleased with the car so far and the quick vehicle change over.
