Helpful and friendly though after bombarding you with postal reminders, emails, texts & then a final call to ask you to arrive 10mins early than your appointed time...then on the day you’re informed that there is a 30min wait before you’re seen!

I had an eye problem and was in bittern so i thought i would pop into specsavers for advice and was totaly ingnored so i popped into scrivens on the off chance they could help...the staff stopped to help me and were amazingly friendly and helpful .will highly recommend them

The staff in the shop are very friendly and professional. I have been using scrivens for about five years now . I had a eye test last week and six days later I got a call to say my new glasses were ready. Fantastic staff very polite and listen to you and what you want.
