Very helpful and seen very quickly and ordered my new glasses.
When they arrived the staff were friendly and efficient.

Really friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. I had issues with my new prescription glasses. The team listened to my concerns and took them seriously and were so helpful to get them sorted and fit new lenses in time for me going away. Best optician service I have experienced (and I have been wearing glasses for 20 years!) Thank you.

I booked an appointment online for 8:45am. I got there in plenty of time for the appointment. However the shop didn't open until 9:00am. Why offer appointments before the shop is open.

Limited parking, lots of staff but no toilets. The optician was very good and the rest of the staff were fine, if a little too focused on selling you new frames.

Very helpful staff. Optician Monica very professional. Easy access to appointment. Fitting colleague seemed to know what she was doing. Glasses fitted needing no adjustments. Very satisfied.

The staff were very helpful when trying by first pair of varifocal glasses but I needed to return to the shop twice to have my glasses adjusted. This could possibly have been avoided had the staff did a closer check on the fitting of my glasses at the initial fitting. They were very helpful when doing these adjustments and engourage me to return to the shop should I need further help.

Poor experience after being with specsavers in another part of the UK for a number of years. Cancelled glasses after 2nd attempt and still got incorrect prescription.
Awful place.
