I had an issue with my prescription, George sat down with me for quite some time and went through various options to fix the problem and then re-ordered me a whole new set of glasses at no extra charge based on my new prescription. Very impressed with the helpful and friendly service. Would recommend

Took elderly person for eye test and new reading glasses. All the team were very friendly, helpful and professional. Made it a very simple process without pushing expensive frames. Thank you.

Went in for an eye test. They were running slightly late but the team were very helpful & friendly. Even though they were all under pressure they excelled as a team & provided great customer service. Would certainly recommend and will return.

Just wanted to say how helpful the staff has been at this branch of Specsavers. I phoned up for an urgent on the day appointment everywhere a while back and a lady named Christina was amazing, she went the extra mile and phoned us back when there was a last minute cancellation. Also recently our toddler broke my glasses and I went to specsavers and they fixed it temporarily for me at no cost. Thank you so much for your help.

Excellent, really kind and helpful. The optician was really patient with my son, listened to him and explained things to him. The staff were really kind and very helpful when booking in and choosing glasses and spoke to my son rather than me which I thought was lovely, they really involved him in the process. Excellent and would highly recommend xx

Fleet Specsavers:
Staff really helpful to get me an emergency appointment for my eye (swollen, red and painful) at the start of a bank holiday weekend. Optician after checking gave me a letter and off to A&E, as he said, does not send to A&E lightly. A&E got extra meds, after long wait, but knew waiting not a waste of time from help at Specsavers.

Just like to say what a wonderful service I had on Saturday staff was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble and they was busy but still had time to deal with you from start to finish.
