Wanted to thank a staff member, sorry forgot to ask your name, for being so kind and helpful in fixing my broken glasses. She was very quick and was willing to sort this out for me even though I could've easily been told to buy a new pair since they were out of warranty. I was hesitating to come in to avoid another expense as a student but so glad I did, she made the experience all that much easier. Really appreciate it

I visited specsavers in Canterbury 2 years ago for a eyesight test and contact lens test. I went back to specsavers 2 weeks ago too book the same tests, as im advised by Specsavers to have the tests every 2 years. The staff are polite and knowledgeable .

Whilst on a two day break decided to book an eye test and get my damaged Specsavers glasses looked at whilst in store. Customer service was fantastic from initial welcome to the lady who did the eyesight test who was very thorough and explained everything clearly . I believe it was the lady manager who spent ages virtually rebuilding my glasses at no additional cost so that the lens did not keep popping out. Highly recommend Specsavers in Canterbury

Outstanding service today. Had broken my glasses and wanted exactly same frames. They found the last pair and changed the lenses all within half an hour. All the staff I encountered couldn’t have been more engaging and help despite how busy it was. Thank you all.

New glasses are excellent, they are varifocals and are superb, wondeful vision across the board. They look good and were very reasonably priced.

Great frames at good prices plus they often have a deal going where you get free sunglasses

Very poor customer service! During COVID, I called to explain there was a problem with the glasses and that I wanted to return them but was told over the phone that the store was closed. However, when I went back a year later, I was told that the store had remained opened. Essentially I was branded a liar.

I am extremely pleased with my new glasses and the service I received at Specsavers in Canterbury many thanks to all the staff.
