They have as a doctor people who are in training and who do not know about their profession. In my case they needed my last year's prescription to be able to give me a new one (identical to last year's made at a different clinic)

Had an ear wax removal done. Staff were very friendly and appointment was prompt. Audiologist did an excellent job. Glowing recommendation!

I been with specsavers for many years never have to complain to my previous store in Wallington, however since moved to Weybridge I started to go to the store in Woking because is closer to home . I must say what a such uncaring customer services I called the store several times last week chasing my high prescription contact lenses wich are delayed for almost 2 weeks no one never got back to me, called again on Friday the store manager promised to call me back, until now i am still waiting for her call. What uncaring customer services,. My contact lenses are extremely high prescription I wear them because I really need them,. This is totally unacceptable. Very poor customer services I am not recommend to anyone.

As things stand I’ve been sold a pair of reading glasses which I am still not sure if I can use for reading on a computer screen - neither was anyone in the store sure of this. I was told on numerous occasions someone would follow up and get back to me - nothing. I wrote to the complaints address, I was advised someone from the store where I went would contact me. 3 weeks later, nothing. From this experience If you are looking for somewhere for eye related help, seems like once you are sold something, you are on your own.

love my new glasses but i would like them to go a bit darker with out affecting my vison but other than that have no other probllems

Attended with my teenage son yesterday. The member of staff that looked after us was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. There was a good choice of frames as well.

Needed a pair of glasses for driving went to Specsavers in woking.firstly your greeted by a lovely lady .they were very busy but didn't have to wait to long.all in all the staff were very friendly and professional would use again
