Scrivens hearing Centre Gosport is definitely to be avoided. My 84 year old husband was referred for nhs hearing aids , we got appointment on 3rd November. The moulds were taken and we were told they would be ready in a couple of weeks. After waiting for 3 weeks was told on phone ( they didn't contact us at all ), things were taking bit longer, no idea why. Next week was told the audiologist did not have diary for next years appointments, NEXT YEAR !!!!!. Phoned following week can't get appointment before end February. As a matter of interest, phoned Scrivens in Waterlooville they say 2 weeks for nhs. Something obviously wrong with Gosport

Very basic eye test, no retina photograph, new frames not checked for fit.
Boots for example do a pre machine test with a retina photo followed by a thorough clinical test and frame fitting

Great friendly staff that really know there stuff, good value too
