Very friendly and welcoming staff, I came in for an eye test and to pick out new glasses. They have a great deal going on the glasses at get 2 for the price of 1! Big thank you to Jack for being extremely helpful in advising which glasses to choose based on his expert knowledge of the latest fashion.

These guys just saved my holiday! I'm from Germany and lost my glasses on the bus. But these guys sorted my out with a tester pack of contact lenses as close to my german ones as possible so I could at least have a few days without wandering around like a blind mole! Thanks so much !!!

The shop had a down stair eye area for the disabled customer, and my eye test and collection went well. One pair of the glasses I am going back to see if the can be altered as they do not fit comfortably and, as they are varifocal I am having problems using the reading part of them. The second pair I got are great and work well.

Great staff. At the fitting they weren’t quite listening to how I wanted the arms of my glasses. But I went back 30 minutes later and they put them the way I wanted. Overall good experience

Speedy experience replacing some glasses I lost. They managed to turn them around within the day. The only reason they lot a star is because they’re so damn pushy on the lens coatings, I can only assume it’s commission based as no one can be that passionate about a reflective coating. They really don’t take no for an answer.

First time with frameless glasses first time with varifocals , love the glasses and lenses, really surprised how quick I got used to the varifocals. Great service from all at Specsavers.
