I contacted Julian in December 2014, looking for a pair of glasses that were limited edition, but thankfully, available from the Posh Eyes website. From the first call, Julian was so friendly. He worked to make sure he could deliver what I wanted, then processed the order and had everything delivered in time for Christmas.

Julian kept me up to date with the progress of the order, delivery was prompt and I absolutely adore my new "specs".

I will definitely order from Posh Eyes again and recommend them for exquisite products and exceptional customer service.

I ordered a new pair of Police glasses, after my lovely little boxer dog chewed my previous ones and made them "definitely out of order". Ordered them online through Posh Eyes website, and received them just few days after. They are exactly what I wanted, comfy and good looking (glasses, not my face...)

We have been buying contact lenses from Posh Eyes for several years now and apart from being the best prices available, their expertise and customer service is second to none. We live in Glasgow and still find Posh Eyes the best deal around! I can't understand why contact lens users would go to a shop to buy these lenses at inflated prices when they can be sourced from Posh Eyes direct for a fraction of the cost.. Having carefully researched my purchase of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses on the web, I am pleased I selected Posh Eyes, the process was ably handled and the delivery of the finished product was very prompt.
Whilst the overall price (with the necessary options) was not the “cheapest” on the market it was extremely competitively priced and more than compensated by the fact that you end up dealing with a professional specialist UK Company.
I would no hesitation recommending Posh Eyes, and given the substantial saving over the high street, they will be my first point of call in future.

Found the exact same glasses (Police) that I liked in a high street opticians on Posh Eyes and almost £100 cheaper. Filled out my prescription details online and a few weeks later they arrived and were perfect. I would have given 5 stars except for the week or two delay due to a supply issue with the frame. Saying that, the communication from Julian was great with a phone call and numerous emails with updates. Would use again in future and would recommend. Thanks Posh Eyes!

I don't normally write reviews but I had to after the service I have received at Posh Eyes.

I ordered a pair of Ted Baker glasses through SmartBuyGlasses who were awful in every sense of the word, customer service, delivery, everything! I had to cancel my order with them and contacted Posh Eyes to see if they could get my glasses for me.

From the moment I contacted them, before even placing my order they were brilliant. Amazing customer service, and when there were delays they were on the ball with the supplier.

My glasses have arrived today after being dispatched only yesterday, what a service. Thoroughly impressed by price, customer service, professionalism and delivery times. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Avoid purchasing from this company!! I placed an order with Posh Eyes on 10th April and received a confirmation email which stated my frames would be despatched within 7 working days of the order being placed. 7 days went by and no confirmation that my order had been shipped. I called to chase my order and was told that they were awaiting stock from Prada and that I would have to call back in a few days time to check if Prada had sent the frames. When I called back I was told that my frames would be delivered on 29th April (a full 15 working days since I placed the order!!), which was of no use to me at all as I'm due to go on holiday on that day, so I asked if my order could be cancelled. The man I spoke to didn't seem too happy that I wanted to cancel the order but begrudgingly agreed to do so. An hour later I called back to ask when I would received confirmation that my order had been cancelled, to which he replied 14 working days!! I fully understand that refunds can take a while to be processed, but surely a confirmation email to say my order has been cancelled isn't too much to ask for on the day I request to cancel. All in all a very shoddy experience and I have a terrible feeling I'm going to have to continually chase them for my refund. Do not order from these people! They make false promises about delivery and their cancellation process is ridiculous.

I have used Posh Eyes for several years now, and following my recent purchase from Posh Eyes I had to jump on the PC to express my delight. Their craftsmanship has always been second to none and nothing is too much trouble, if anything Julien and the team go the extra mile to make sure all is in order “Thank You”. I would not hesitate to recommend Posh Eyes to my friends and family.
