Went in today with no appointment as I had lost my glasses. I am on their contact scheme (I live in contacts so it wasn't the end of the world). Because I had lost my one pair I chose a frame and they put them together and fitted them there and then. I thought I'd have to wait and make another appointment but I walked out with a new pair of glasses within 30 mins. Amazing service, so grateful!

Came in today and apart from the eye test (after which the lady went for lunch immediately) everything else with regards to service was ABSOLUTELY disgraceful 😡Was left with NO help or advice with regards to my prescription etc and there was chaos with regards to staff service and jobs etc. This place is a shambles. My partner had an appointment to collect her paid for glasses and was told to come back in half an hour because they were too busy.. Totally unacceptable 😡. Avoid at all costs. Sort it out!!!

My Mum took my Grandmother to Specsavers for hearing aid follow up. The young male assistant was brilliant, an expert in his field and incredibly helpful. He put up with my mum's constant questions and put my grandmother at ease. She is really happy and wanted to give a good review of the service she has received. Hence why I'm writing this review. We think his name is Shaun.

SHOULDN'T OF GONE TO SPECSAVERS...My wife had an eye test and took some glasses at Specsavers, Fareham. She chose to upgrade the glasses as she wanted them to be right when working and safe when driving. We took the anti glare and upgraded the lenses. When my wife was driving at night, she was getting a glare, so we took them back and asked why? The lady said she had not taken out the anti glare! She emailed Specsavers and basicky got a tuff. If you want anti glare send them back and pay more then it would have been in the first place.

Staff were just so helpful, got great looking glasses, now I can see so clearly. Good prices very comfortable to ware. Can't ask for more.

Popped in on the off chance they could do something with my frames that I accidentally bent out of shape. A few minutes later my glasses were as good as new. Even cleaned the lenses for me. Staff very pleasant and helpful
