Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bury St Edmunds

Booked my appointment the evening before.
Every staff member I spoke and dealt with was genuine and helpful.
Settled with my new glasses with honest guidance, which is crucial in my opinion.
All in all, very happy to visit and educated to the health of my eyes.

Very attentive hearing test for my 83 year mother who was quite anxious I was very impressed as she was put at ease expertly

The service was excellent but the glasses feel like they were made in some backyard sweatshop, the edges of the arms and the lens holders are quite sharp and the glasses themselves Creak like a old pair of knees, definitely not as good a quality as ones I've had before.

Fantastic service! All staff very friendly and helpful. The technology they have for eye tests and examination is spot on.
