Hello, i am very dissapointed the way they treat their customer, i purchase this pair of glasses from this shop , the salesman name is James and offer me buy on get one glasses and pay a fortune in the end after all the extras . Since i received the glasses i can not wear them because it make me a headache everytime i wear it and because of covid restriction i can not go back to the shop within their 100 days warranty , after 5months a got a chance to show them the glasses they said they cannot do anything anymore because its out of warranty even the fault is their testing thats why they fitted a wrong lenses !!!! its a terrible experience
the salesman James told me to wear it so that my eyes get use to it , (get used to a wrong lenses)
this is a terrible experience and hope people dont experience the same thing

My wife and I have made two appointments. First one was wrong date on the card to what they had on computer. Booked second appointment card said 10-25 on Monday 14th march. When we arrived at 10-15 told we should have been there at 10-0’cock. Said we would have to wait and see if someone cancelled. They are just totally incompetent.

Been back to this place twice cos the first time I was upsold frames that wasn't 2 for 1 and the glasses I got or lenses made everything slanted .went back for another eye test with a totally aragant bloke ,I told him when my eyes were getting tested the screen was blurred but he said it was fine. That was nearly a month ago I'm still waiting for them to ring to say my glasses are in . If I were you stay clear of these as all they do is just upsell you stuff you don't want .

Just popped into the Bitterne branch to see if I can get my glasses mended as I had broken them at work. Even though it is not a manufacturers fault and it is my fault Rueben and his, team have sorted it out for me in under five minutes. They replaced my case too. They even wished me happy birthday for the weekend. Now that is excellent customer service which is so rare these days.

Walked out when other people were going in b4 me. Told well its only 4mins late when in fact 20mins late. Poor customer service NEVER going back.

I paid for a pair of specs from them, collected them, and the only check done was for the size of them, nobody asked or checked if they were ok. They aren't, got home and am unable to see through them - they've given me the wrong glasses, and I've now been phoning them for half an hour repeatedly, haven't got through yet. Utterly useless waste of precious time dealing with them.
Last year the same store tried to charge me £1 at the door for a paper covid mask !
