Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - London Colney

Everyone is so helpful and attending. Very professional. I brought in my own frames to have prescription lenses installed and job results were brilliant! Promised me 2 weeks to to be done but after 7 days it was ready for pick up. I was a bit nervous because the frames I brought in were not from specsavers and also costly. They took care of it and returned me the finished product with no problems. Thank you again Specsavers London Colney!

Very impressed with the eye test itself. However having ordered the 3rd higher quality of specsavers varifocus lenes I now find that if the glasses are not sitting high up on the bridge of my nose flat surfaces appear convex ,I am going back to have the side frames tightened as they tend to slip down my nose so it will be interesting to see how they respond to the problems.!!

Some minor problems with the graduation on my sunglasses. Handled with absolute professionalism and care. Staff bent over backwards to ensure a positive outcome. A well run franchise with superb staff. Highly recommended.

Extreemly pleased with the experience, and am very pleased with the glasses - I did have to get used to them as it was a new pescription, but I know I have the backing of Spec Savers behind me who are always very helpful, should I need it.

I don’t often do reviews but I had such a good overall experience , I thought the staff deserved to be named . I saw a lady called Philippa who did some tests before my eye test , she was very friendly and explained everything to me. As I needed different glasses she also spent time helping me choose new ones. Chaand who did my eye test was also friendly and cheerful and explained everything to me. I will happily recommend the staff at this branch .

On this occasion- my optical Assistant Philippa certainly knows her job and I received a very caring, friendly and helpful service from her. She is professional, yet gives a personalised service striving on 100% customer satisfaction.

Had to get my varifocals done again by them, as the reading zone wasn’t quite right. She was sympathetic and listened to my comments and nothing was too much trouble for her and she remeasured and sent off for an adaptation.
Also Saf was also friendly and helpful.
I always recommend this branch to others. I also think their range and pricing is reasonable.

Amazing staff and service! Each staff member was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable, including the optometrist, dispensers and audiologist. Fantastic service. You guys were genuinely interested in my needs and preferences!
