Service can be a little slow, I was on time for my appointment and they were running behind but no one informed me and 15 mins after my original appointment time I had to ask them how long the delay would be. Once I was seen the appointment was smooth sailing, staff are polite and professional and even when I had to return to get a form stamped they were accommodating. I don't (currently) need glasses but when I do I'll return here.

Amazing customer service! On Thursday (28th July 2022), my boyfriend was on the search for frames that would fit his old lenses as he had snapped his old frames. I regret not asking her name, but a really lovely dark haired lady took the time to check pretty much all the frames in the store until she found a pair that fit! She was so patient and kind and we are both super grateful for her help.

I was seen by Samia on Friday 24th June. She was fantastic, she explained everything so that I understood my results and stopped stressing. She confirmed that I can have a copy of results. After my test, everything went downhill. The staff members assisting me were unprofessional. Gave and emailed me the wrong information. All three staff members misunderstood what I was asking for in the store, on the phone and via email. Tried one more time in person on Saturday 16th July and was told to go on the website to print out my results. Could not find anything on website. I called today Monday 18th and spoke to Scott. He listened and understood what I needed. In FIVE MINUTES Scott sorted it all out and emailed me what I have been trying to get since my last appointment in June. The 5 stars are for SAMIA & SCOTT. BRILLIANT 🙏❤😎!!!

Been with this particular branch for years but it is going from bad to worse with every appointment I have. There’s always new staff (including optometrists) and a lot of them never seem to know what they’re talking about! I was dealt with so rudely by a member of staff today who I have never previously met. I left, and about 10 minutes later was called by the same member of staff to state that they forgot to take payment from me. I informed them that I am entitled to free eye tests which he didn’t seem convinced of. The customer service is subpar, save for a few members of staff including the manager who is always so helpful. I will be changing my branch or company as a whole imminently!

Still think is not the right prescription asI can not see my computer screen properly. And I was told that they would not be able to replace!

Slow service very busy. Overheard whilst in branch a lot of people being told to come back and be rebooked at great inconvenience to them for trivial reasons meaning they couldn't continue with their current appointment. Also my prescription is completely wrong. The glasses feel like are for someone else entirely. Would have been 2 stars but the customer service was good otherwise
