Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care

I have been bringing the children to Leightons in Fleet for a few years now. The optician who we saw was very good and very knowledgeable and I would give five stars for that part of the service. I very much miss the gentlemen who has recently retired from there and the young staff and their sales pitch is not something I’m used to from Leightons. I used to take my children to the high street opticians but always saw someone different at every appointment and didn’t feel they knew my children. Leightons have very limited reasonably priced frames for my teenage daughter and I’m beginning to wonder why I shouldn’t go back to a high street opticians where I won’t be paying for over priced glasses...... It doesn’t feel like a family run, personable business any more.

I have been a customer of Leightons for 10 years plus and have always received first class advice and service. Attentive, courteous and experienced staff make going to the opticians an enjoyable experience. I would gladly recommend Leightons to one and all. Thank you.

The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I have used Leightons for many years and never had any problems with their service. They are very professional and diagnosed my sons Keratoconus which other opticians missed.

I have been using the Fleet branch for many years. Richard, in the past, & now Adam give a faultless service and there is an excellent choice of the latest frames. The eye examinations are really thorough & you are never rushed. Everyone makes you welcome.
The Leightons Care Plan @ £12 per month has proved to be really good value & has paid for itself over the year.

Especially helpful, spent a quite a while trying to find the right glasses which would work with my prescription and my tastes. Described and explained process, very friendly.

Having used both services that this branch provides (Opticians and Hearing Care) I would highly rate the service and care provided by the staff here. In particular the audiologist, Bobby, was fantastic. He took time to ensure I fully understood my audiogram and showed me the comparison between a previous test and the most current one. All round great service and staff make you feel welcome.
