LOVE MY SUNGLASSES! Heswall is the best specsavers i’ve been to, the staff are incredible, friendly and will do anything to help! They make you feel safe and in good hands! I love going and always great catching up especially with the staff members i see regularly! They make me feel like i can trust them and each appointment in thorough and i leave feeling relieved that nothing has gotten worse! And my glasses as always are fab!

Purchased my sunglasses in another Specsavers branch, sadly the lenses fell out today, popped into the Heswall branch and the staff there were more than happy to help. Had the glasses fixed and sorted within 5 minutes! :)

My family and I have used Specsavers Heswall for 5 years and have always had excellent service over that time. From eye tests, glasses fittings (and the occasional repair!) all staff have been knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Would highly recommend, I'll never be going anywhere else!

Walked out with 2 pairs of glasses which one of the optical assistants had helped me choose. Pleased with them and they get comfortable after a little adjusting. 4 weeks later they had started to create pressure behind my ears. I called in, they were adjusted again and I was reminded I could pop in any time if they still weren't right. They were totally right this time. Very happy with every member of staff with whom I came in contact.

Went in on Christmas Eve hoping to get some new contact lenses, as my left one ripped and I'd forgotten to bring my glasses when visiting family for Christmas. The team tried their best to find my presciption from previous stores (ringing endlessly with no answer). No prescription = no lenses. I was set to have a blurry, squint filled Christmas. After a half hour of the team trying to get hold of my prescription, the manager finally managed to get some lenses for me. I really appreciate the effort and time they put in on Christmas Eve to ensure I was able to see properly. Thank you so much.

Went in for a hearing test, had to wait for quite a few minutes before being acknowledged & helped by the nice girl. The audiologist was a not too friendly man; bit of a matter-of-fact attitude. So I felt I needed to keep the conversation, short, light & thanked him because I'm thinking he may not be liking his job! 😅
