Fantastic service from the start! All appointments easy to book, all questions and queries answered. Quick and easy surgery. I’ve had a few minor issues after (nothing to do with the surgery) and optical express has continued to help me.
Easiest the best decision I made having laser eye surgery and I’d recommend it to anyone.

During my recent visit I met with Hardeep & Ian, unfortunately laser eye surgery isn't for me, so they kindly discussed alternative options, they put my mind at ease and gave me invaluable advice. I came away feeling like, there are professionals in the industry that really care and hold high standards of advice and treatment. I would have no reservations about recommending Optical Express to anyone seeking an alternative to glasses/c. lenses. My experience was exceptional!

who did a perfect job Also the lady on reception/nurse greeted me with a friendly smile as she could see how nervous I was and made me feel so at ease x was looked after so well by all ,and again today for my check up .cant believe the fast improvement of my sight I can read the smallest of writing and everything around me looks so sharp and clear even colours seem brighter compared to how my sight was before the surgery. I'm so happy as never thought the out come would be so amazing. And the surgery so quick and pain free .would highly recommend lence replacement surgery to anyone so they can experience what I have in having the surgery :)

I had considered having laser eye surgery for some time. So I decided to book a free consultation with optical express, the friendly welcome received on the day from Karrie and the information she gave along with the clearly explained pricing and payment options, helped me to make the choice to go ahead with the surgery.
I was apprehensive on the day of surgery but the staff were friendly and provided reassurance. I felt no pain during the procedure and it was over really quickly. The follow up care has been exceptional and I am really pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend a consultation with optical express for any one considering this procedure.

Fantastic staff; felt relaxed and welcomed from start to finish. Have been using glasses and contacts since primary school and now feels fantastic to be free of both. Would recommend to anyone who wants an active and adventurous lifestyle without having to worry about packing and looking after glasses/lenses wherever they go.

My partner had just had lens replacement surgery. He was made welcome and put straight at ease from original consultation through to post surgery. The team were all so accommodating and happy to help and answer any questions we had. He is now 48 hours post op and his vision is incredible. After years of glasses he can now read texts on the smallest font with no glasses. There is still recovery to go but if he carries in this way I know it will make a huge difference in his life. Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well!
