Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care

As always, my recent visit to Leightons in Tunbridge Wells was excellent. They are so accommodating and makes the visit a pleasure because I know they will make sure I am given the best attention. I sometimes have trouble with my glasses fitting correctly as I wear hearing aids but they always take the time in making sure I am happy and my glasses are comfortable before leaving. Their last words are "do not hesitate to come back if the fitting alters in any way". No matter how many times there is always a pleasant greeting and at no extra cost. Their health & safety is very important too by wearing a mask and keeping us all safe.

Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions easily. I trusted their advice and have found that the specs they helped me buy are fully satisfactory

Excellent service as always. Very professional & all explained well. The use of the 2 ' machines ' for further ' explorations ' of the eyes I think are very well worth paying for.

Another very positive experience at Leightons, Tunbridge Wells. A thorough examination by Mrs St Pierre. She explained all the procedures very clearly and her findings. As a result I needed to update my prescription this time and we discussed the best specs for me as do a lot of sewing/craft work but also need distance lenses. Duncan helped me to choose some gorgeous frames for my varifocals. I like "statement" specs that are fun! We also chose some single lens specs for my sewing and craft work. They both arrived very quickly and at the appointment with Duncan for me to collect them he ensured they fitted perfectly. All in all a stress free experience at Leightons .... as always. Thank you all very much.

I visited Leigtons twice within a few weeks for 2 separate requirements, firstly for a post-cataract-operation check-up; and second for ear-wax removal. In both cases I was impressed by the professionalism of the specialists who showed great care and thoroughness. in dealing with me.
