The service is at a high level. Very pleasant service, attentive to each patient. The doctor who performed the examination substantiated the diagnosis and did his best to choose glasses that would be comfortable for my son. Thank you and I recommend this place. A remarkably smooth and even enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I was checked in promptly, and seen to without delay. The electronic tests were conducted efficiently, and I was offered an additional scan on some sparkling new kit for £10. The optometrist exuded professionalism, really knowing her stuff at the same time as being kind and caring. Despite the complexity of my new prescription, the process of choosing the right glasses was actually made fun, and the bill at the end was rather cheaper than feared. If the new specs turn out as well as I hope, I’ll certainly be going there in future.
